Q1. Can I use this product in the edge of sink and window frame, or any other gaps?

We advise is not. The Glossy Epoxy Grout is a stunning product to instead of cement-based grout. It can be use on the wall and floor in the gap of tiles.


Q2. How many bottles I need for 50m²?

Please refer to the Usage Chart. The usage is affected by the tile size, the width and deep of gap, as well as individual operation. Exact usage is based on the actual application.

Q4. When I can remove the excess Glossy Epoxy Grout? (Only for Application Way A)

Mostly 8-12 hours in summer, 12-24 hours in winter, all depend on the temperature and humidity. It need more time as the temperature is lower. You can touch it by hand with glove to test if it still can adhesive on finger nor not, if yes, you will need to wait for more time.

Q5. How long I can use the bathroom or kitchen where I apply this product?

After at least 48 hours as they completely curing.

Q6. Is this product can be used for outside.

No. Inside only.

Q7. How to select the pressing ball?

For flat surface, choose a ball bigger than gap. For cloudy angle, choose small ball.

Q8. What will happen if I didn’t throw the begging 40cm of Glossy Epoxy Grout away?

You can’t use the uncompleted curing area if the materials didn’t mix completely.

Q9. How to cut the screw nozzle?

Cut the screw nozzle to 45°angle, and a little bit smaller than the width of gap.

Q10. How to clean the product on my hand when I do the application?

You need to wear a glove when you are applying. In case, wipe it immediately by tissue, then use soap or vinegar to clean it.

Q11. How many Glossy Epoxy Grout are suitable when application?

You fill the product into gap and leave 2mm higher than the surface of the tile.

Q12. Are there any weather requirement when I doing the application ?

The advised temperature are between 10℃-30℃. We advise you no to apply it in rainy day for the high humidity.

Q13. When I can peel the masking tape off if I use Application Method B?

The masking tape need to peel off after pressing immediately. Otherwise it will hard to peel off.

Q14. Does an archaized tile, matte surface tiles can use this product?

Definitely yes, but they need to use Method B to apply.

Q15. How to do the pressing?

The strength should be moderate to make the material separate completely between the inside and outside gap. After pressing 20cm, clean the pressing ball by tissue, then continuing apply.

Q16. Can I use in wall and floor?

Absolutely yes.

Q17. What type of tiles I can use?

Porcelain tiles, ceramic tiles, polished tiles, glazed tiles, archaized tiles, matte mat surface tiles, most stones (test before use), etc.

Q18. How to stick the masking tape?

Stick the masking tape at 0.5mm from the edge of gap.
